Travel Requirements for U.S. Citizens Visiting Armenia
Traveling to Armenia is refreshingly simple for U.S. citizens, with minimal entry requirements and a smooth arrival process.

LEGAL NOTICE
Noy Travels LLC operates as a U.S.-based tour organizer and travel planner, specializing in faith-centered, cultural, and educational travel experiences. Travel services—including accommodations, ground transportation, guiding services, and on-the-ground logistics—are provided by licensed local tour operators.
Noy Travels does not own, manage, or control transportation providers, hotels, or local service operators and acts solely as an intermediary in arranging travel services. All travel arrangements are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the operating tour provider, which apply in addition to those of Noy Travels.
By booking a tour, travelers acknowledge and accept that Noy Travels’ role is limited to trip coordination and program design, and that ultimate responsibility for the delivery of on-the-ground services rests with the licensed tour operator.
NATURE OF FAITH-BASED TRAVEL
Noy Travels programs may include visits to sacred sites, participation in worship services, prayer gatherings, and faith-centered discussions. These experiences are offered for spiritual enrichment and cultural understanding.
Noy Travels does not provide pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, or medical advice. Participation in religious activities is voluntary. Travelers are expected to engage respectfully with diverse Christian traditions, local customs, and host communities.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
To confirm tour arrangements, a deposit of up to 50% of the total tour package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Reservations made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in the booking being treated as cancelled, with applicable cancellation charges applied.
Payments may be made by bank wire transfer or credit card. Credit card payments may be processed manually and are subject to a 3% processing fee. Written confirmation will be provided by email once reservations are confirmed.
FARES & RATES
All rates are based on tariffs, hotel rates, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at the time of pricing and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier increases.
Airfares, if quoted, are provided for information purposes only and are subject to confirmation at the time of ticket issuance.
PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Passport Requirements
Travelers must hold a valid passport issued by their country of citizenship. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of entry into Armenia, with at least one blank page recommended for entry and exit stamps.
Visa Requirements
U.S. Citizens: Visa-free entry for tourism or business stays of up to 180 days within a one-year period.
Citizens of the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and many other countries: Eligible for visa-free entry for stays ranging from 90 to 180 days, depending on nationality.
Other nationalities: Travelers may be required to obtain an e-Visa before travel. Eligibility depends on nationality and purpose of travel.
Important: Visa policies may change. Travelers are responsible for verifying entry requirements applicable to their nationality before departure.
HEALTH & MEDICAL CARE
• No mandatory vaccinations are currently required for entry into Armenia.
• No COVID-19 vaccination proof or testing is required at this time.
• Routine vaccinations (e.g., tetanus, MMR, influenza) are generally recommended.
• Armenia has modern medical facilities in Yerevan and major cities.
• Travelers are strongly advised to carry international travel medical insurance, including coverage for emergency evacuation.
CUSTOMS & ENTRY NOTES
Travelers may be asked to present proof of onward or return travel and accommodation details. Currency declaration requirements apply to large sums of cash. Certain items—including antiques, religious artifacts, and drones—may require declaration or special permission.

BAGGAGE
Airline baggage policies vary and change frequently. Updated baggage guidelines will be provided prior to departure. Travelers are responsible for all excess or overweight baggage fees imposed by airlines.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations will be provided in first-class or tourist-class hotels as listed or similar, based on availability. Single rooms are available in limited numbers at a supplemental cost. Triple or quad rooms may be available upon request and are subject to hotel confirmation.
CONDUCT & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS
As these tours are designed for faith-based communities, travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative, and community-minded manner, dress modestly when visiting churches and sacred sites, and respect local customs, clergy, guides, and fellow travelers.
Noy Travels reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the tour. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
INSURANCE
Group travel insurance may be included depending on the itinerary. Travel cancellation and interruption insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased independently. Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY – LAND SERVICES ONLY
Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date the written notice is received.
Cancellation charges:
• More than 60 days prior to departure: €200 per person.
• 59–30 days prior to departure: 35% of the total package price.
• 29–1 day prior to departure: 75% of the total package price.
• On or after departure: No refund.
• No refunds are provided for unused services once the tour has commenced.
CANCELLATIONS DURING THE TOUR
Due to prepaid services, no refunds will be issued for missed days, early departures, or unused accommodations. Travelers who must depart early due to illness should retain medical documentation for insurance claims.
CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR
Tours may be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, including flight cancellations, force majeure, political unrest, or events beyond the operator’s control. Alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered. Incidental expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Seat assignments, special meals (including dietary or faith-related requests), and preferences may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to supplier policies.
SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Faith-based travel may involve visits to historic, rural, or remote locations. Travelers acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with international travel and group activities. Neither Noy Travels nor its partners are responsible for the provision or adequacy of medical care.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Noy Travels acts solely as an agent arranging services provided by third parties and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Liability is expressly limited for events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, or supplier insolvency.
COMPLAINTS
Any concerns should be raised promptly with the local representative to allow for timely resolution. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing following the tour.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or travel services arranged by Noy Travels LLC shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York, governed by Delaware substantive law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Traveler information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for travel-related purposes.
